2006 was Green Earth Greetings first year and we focused mainly on the development and refinement of our software, which, we are pleased to say, is now operational. In our initial year, our efforts were limited to promoting solar energy, and sales were to both individuals and companies in the U.S. and Canada.

Our first sponsored group was Solar Energy International (www.solarenergy.org), a non-profit based in Carbondale, Colorado whose “Solar in the Schools” program received 10% of the proceeds from the sale of Solar Greeting Cards through www.valleyofthesunsolar.com (www.valleyofthesunsolar.com).
